Our service begins at 9:00 a.m. It consists of Hymns, Prayers, Communion, and a Message. The service is generally about an hour long.
Communion is a weekly part of our church service. It is open to all of follow Christ.
Children are welcome to stay in the sanctuary during worship, but we also offer other options for them. We have a nursery that is open from 8:45 a.m.-service. It is staffed by 2 employees, and is open for children 0-3 years old.
For children 3-Kindgarten we offer a Preschool-Kindergarten Church. For children from 1st-4th grade we offer a Children’s Church. Both of these services are led by 2 volunteers and begin after the Children’s Moment in worship.
Children’s Moment begins about 5-10 minutes into the worship service, after the 1st scripture reading. All the children are invited to the front of the sanctuary and a 3-5 minute message is shared with them specifically. After this message they are invited to leave the sanctuary to go down to the classrooms for either Preschool-Kindergarten or Children’s Church. Once the parent/guardian allows them to go to Childrens' Church, the adult with them will not let them leave the classroom until the parent/guardian picks them up.
Attire-We do not adhere to formal attire within our congregation. You are welcome to dress in any manner you feel comfortable. Most members dress casually for church.
Beverages-We do allow outside drinks within the sanctuary, but we do request that you use a cup with a lid. We also have a Coffee Cart set up outside the sanctuary with 2 Keurig machines. There are disposable cups available there and a variety of K-cups.
We encourage everyone to sign in on our attendance iPad. If you are new to our church or haven’t attended in a while, please be sure to sign into one of the attendance books. If you provide your contact information, phone or email, we will try to reach out to you within a week. If you do not want us to contact you after we initially reach out, then we will respect those wishes.
Coffee and Refreshments are served immediately following worship service in out Fellowship Hall. This allows members of the church to come together in an informal setting and strengthens the bonds within our church family. A volunteer(s) provides coffee, milk, juice, and a small amount of food (fruits, cookies, donuts, cheese and crackers, etc.) for the congregation to eat. Adult Sunday school begins after coffee fellowship.
Our building is handicap accessible. We have an elevator that is used to get to the sanctuary.
Bus Ministry-If you would like a ride to church please contact the church office and we can get you added to the bus route. Every Sunday we pick up residents who would be unable to attend otherwise. Our bus is also handicap accessible.
